You may use either of those two contacts for anything to do with your data.

What data I collect

I only handle the data you give me voluntarily. I do not buy databases or obtain information from third parties.

Through the enrolment form:

• First name and surname
• Email address and phone number
• City
• The training or activity you are interested in, and your dance level
• The message you write and, if you tell me, how you came across the project

Through the short contact form at the foot of every page: your email address and your message.

The fields marked as required are the bare minimum needed to reply to you. You may leave the rest blank.

What I use it for

Únicamente para answering your request: replying to you, telling you about the training or activity you asked about and, if you decide to enrol, managing your place.

The legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, together with pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

I will not send you marketing messages or newsletters based on this data unless you expressly ask me to by another route. No automated decisions are made and no profiling is carried out.

How long I keep it

I keep your request for as long as it takes to deal with it and then for a maximum of one year in case you get in touch again.

If you enrol on a course, the data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the periods required by tax and administrative law.

You may ask me to delete it sooner at any time.

Who it is shared with

I do not sell or pass your data to third parties. The only parties with access are the technology providers strictly needed for the website and the email to work. They act as data processors and are bound by contract to use the data solely to provide their service.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics receives data about your browsing. I explain this in detail in the cookie policy.

Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics analytics cookies to find out how many people visit it and which content interests them. No advertising or profiling cookies are used.

These cookies are only installed if you accept them: until you decide, none are loaded. You can accept or reject them in the notice that appears when you arrive, and change your mind whenever you like from the link Cookies in the footer.

Your rights

You may exercise the following rights at any time by writing to danza@elisabetsolo.com, saying which one you wish to exercise:

• Access: to know what data of yours I hold
• Rectification: to correct anything that is inaccurate
• Erasure: to ask me to delete it
• Objection and restriction of processing
• Portability: to receive it in a readable format
• To withdraw the consent you gave, without affecting anything processed beforehand

I will reply within one month at most. If you feel your request has not been handled properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Security

I apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: an encrypted HTTPS connection, restricted access to incoming email and storage limited to what is necessary.

No system is infallible, but I undertake to treat your information with the care it deserves and to tell you if any incident affecting you should occur.

Changes to this policy

I may update this document if the services on the site or the applicable rules change. The date of the latest revision appears at the top of the page.
